Tasting notes
Clean aroma, a fresh fruity intensity with a hint of tropical, the taste is crisp and youthful in perfect balance with an acidity that is present and mild, with a long and persistent finish.
Serve at between 8 and 10° C.
Winemaking process
Careful selection of the grapes, which are harvested at the end of August. Grapes pressed whole. Decanted cold. Fermented at controlled temperature.
Conserved for one month on fine lees with stirring.
