Semillon, Malvasia Fina, Cerceal
Clean, good aromatic intensity, with hints of tropical fruit and slightly floral. The taste is smooth, fills the mouth, crisp, and with a long and persistent finish.
Serve at between 8 and 10° C.
Careful selection of the grapes, which are harvested at the end of August. Grapes pressed whole. Decanted cold. Fermented at controlled temperature.
Conserved for one month on fine lees with stirring.
