Clean aroma, with a citrus fruit intensity and with hints of tropical, the taste reveals a crispness and youthfulness in perfect balance with a present and mild acidity, with a long and persistent finish.
Serve at between 8 and 10° C.
Careful selection of the grapes, which are harvested at the end of August. Grapes pressed whole. Decanted cold. Fermented at controlled temperature.
Conserved for one month on fine lees with stirring.
