Late harvest, 2009
Clean, slightly blondish colour. Clean aroma, with an intensity of dried fruits and honey with hints of orange. Pleasant taste, balanced, soft, with mild acidity. Long and pleasant finish.
Serve at between 6 and 8° C.
Grapes harvested very late, in the last days of December (29 and 30) 2009.Very slow fermentation over a period of about two months.
Ageing in extra-fine French oak barrels, Grande Reserva, medium tan.
